Firewalking, why do it?

Why walk on a bed of red hot coals burning at temperatures of over 1200 degrees Fahrenheit?

For many people, successfully completing an activity that appears impossible at first has a real buzz about it. Firewalking can serve as a metaphor for achievement in your life covering many contexts. It stretches the boundaries of your comfort zone, challenges your beliefs, faces your fears among many other emotions. Many people have a new belief afterwards of "if that is possible, what else could be possible?"

If you have disempowering beliefs that are holding you back in your business or social life, a confidence workshop might be just the thing for you. For more details of the fantastic workshop run by Tony Burgess and Julie French click onto
